What is good option LLB after 12th or LLB after Graduation?

 Both LLB after 12th and LLB after graduation are good options, candidates who have interest in legal profession can join LLB after 12th class. Bachelor of Law after 12th is a 5-year integrated course and Law after graduation is a 3-year course. If candidate selects 5-year law degree program, they will get additional benefits of doing B.A, BBA, B.Com degree courses including LLB courses along with a benefit of saving one year. If we talk about Law degree after graduation, then it is good option for those who have interest in legal profession after completing their graduation.


Different between LLB after 12th or LLB after graduation

Law Degree After 12th

There are different option in Law course after 10+2 such as B.A LLB, BBA LLB, B.S.L LLB and B.Com LLB. Bachelor of Law is a professional degree course that helps students to get knowledge and skills of each branch of law and making them accurate, meticulous in plaint- drafting, articulate and sharp in court-argument. In this course both theoretical and practical sessions are included. Law course include practical sessions such as court attendance and training at legal aid centers. Students gets chance to work on research projects in this course.

After pursuing 5-year LLB course, students would be able to join any of the PGD program such as Criminology, International Law and Forensic Sciences, Labour and Taxation. And they can also start post-graduation degree program sin law field. After doing Bachelor of Law degree courses candidate can practice law but they have to enroll with Local, state and center of Bar Council. After that there are good job opportunities – company secretary, oath commissioner, legal advisors and judge.

Law Degree after Graduation

LLB after graduation is a 3-year degree program, it considers only law subjects because candidate already done an undergraduate degree. This degree also includes both practical and theoretical knowledge.

There are several colleges in India which are offers LLB degree programs, if searching in north India then there are many law colleges in Ghaziabad or Delhi NCR. Government universities like Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, CCS University and some other offers 3-year LLB degree.

After completion of LLB graduation candidate can start higher education, LLM post-graduation courses from any reputed universities. Or they can select post-graduation diploma courses in the field of Law.

This degree program regulated and supervises by Bar Council of India (BCI). This three-year law course includes six semesters. As a part of LLB, Students takes theory classes, moot courts and other practical works.

Conclusion

Overall, LLB is a good career-oriented program in both condition that is after 12th or after graduation. If we focus on the word better (which is better), students can save one year if they are going to select Law course after their 12th education completion. There are different options while doing LLB after 12th such as B.A. LLB, BCom LLB, B.Sc. LLB and BBA LLB as per the interest of students. Students have to choose this course as per their interest but in integrated course they will get chance to complete their law degree without any interrupt. There are several good LLB or BA LLB colleges in Ghaziabad or Delhi NCR. Before going to select, get overall knowledge about that colleges.
